This position includes first-level troubleshooting for WMS-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide process support for automation and equipment
• Engage in troubleshooting and timely resolution of issues
• Work with vendors for preventive and predictive maintenance
• Develop documentation for new automation projects
• Evaluate automation performance and resource allocation
Requirements:
• 4-year degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in 3PL automation
• Proficiency in WMS and MS Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving
