Hazardous Materials Project Technologist

In this position, your work will help create safer environments by assessing hazardous materials in buildings. You will conduct site investigations, analyze data, and collaborate closely with clients and colleagues. Your contributions will be vital to improving building performance and client health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform site investigations of hazardous materials
• Analyze building material samples and air quality
• Coordinate remediation tasks with subcontractors
• Prepare comprehensive reports for client review
• Support project teams with documentation and coordination
Requirements:
• College diploma in Environmental or related technology
• Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC and plumbing
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Willingness to travel for short-term assignments
