This role offers autonomy for system-level leadership and deep technical involvement.
You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company's electrical engineering efforts, tackling CAPA issues and validating hardware integrity through hands-on experimentation. Your expertise in circuit analysis and a proactive approach to collaboration will be fundamental as you establish a new sub-team within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage corrective action processes for EE issues
• Validate hardware through hands-on testing in labs
• Conduct comprehensive failure analyses for problem resolution
• Own redesign efforts for improved system performance
• Act as liaison among various engineering disciplines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering
• 4+ years in product or reliability engineering
• Understanding of complex hardware systems
• Experience with CAPA structures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
