Position: HVDC Systems Engineer in Manitoba Hydro

You will work closely with our HVDC Station Design Department, focusing on the preparation of design specifications and technical guidance that ensure the integrity of HVDC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design teams for HVDC system development

• Create technical specifications and design documents

• Review and validate consultant designs and proposals

• Provide support during project delivery and testing

• Supervise custom electronic equipment designs

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering with seven years' experience

• Professional registration with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba

• Strong analytical skills in electronics design and controls

• Experience in HVDC facility construction

• Must hold a valid Manitoba Driver's License
