In this role at MKS, you'll report to the Head of Electrical Engineering, transforming schematics into high-precision prototypes. Your skills in soldering, manual cable assembly, and meticulous testing will ensure top-quality hardware. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with six years of experience in electronics assembly and a strong foundation in troubleshooting and lab equipment management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble, wire, and solder complex electronics prototypes
• Plan and execute critical performance verification tests
• Conduct systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Maintain laboratory equipment and infrastructure
• Ensure all development processes are efficient and precise
Requirements:
• Associate Degree or equivalent technical experience
• 6+ years of related experience required
• Advanced skills in soldering and assembly
• Familiarity with CAD/ECAD software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on tasks at various heights
