NVIDIA is looking for an exceptional Principal SoC Architect to enhance Edge AI, Robotics, and Autonomous Driving platforms. Take ownership of SoC architecture across innovative robotic systems and vehicles.
This role requires you to define and manage the hardware architecture from concept to production. You'll collaborate with software and safety teams to create low-latency features tailored for robotics and automotive applications. Expect to perform rigorous modeling and validation to ensure safety and performance metrics are met across complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the entire SoC lifecycle from concept to enablement
• Collaborate on hardware features for robotics and autonomous driving
• Conduct PPA modeling for various thermal environments
• Author architecture specifications for validation and development
• Support post-silicon debug and performance tuning
Requirements:
• 15+ years deep architecture experience in high‑performance silicon
• Expertise in SoC architecture definition
• Knowledge of deterministic compute and real-time systems
• Strong cross-functional technical leadership skills
• Master’s or PhD in related fields
