In this pivotal role, you will oversee engineering test activities focused on K-Hart's farm equipment. Your responsibilities will span lab testing to fieldwork, supporting prototype builds and troubleshooting machine performance. Building relationships with farmers for feedback on equipment use is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure successful completion of testing for farm equipment
• Lead the lab and field testing efforts for new product developments
• Oversee maintenance and repair for testing continuity
• Collaborate with design engineers on observed failures
• Train farmers on machinery operation and gather insights
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Technological Diploma (Mechanical or Agricultural)
• Experience with heavy equipment testing
• Strong observation and troubleshooting skills
• Must be willing to travel in Canada and the US
• Agricultural equipment operation experience is a plus
