Configuration and Release Engineering Lead

This critical role requires at least 5 years of experience in Configuration Management or PLM Administration, where you will act as the system administrator for Windchill. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the engineering change process, technical reviews, and ensuring BOM readiness for new product introductions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle PLM system governance and architecture management

• Drive engineering change (ECO/ECN) processes

• Conduct technical reviews ensuring compliance and clarity

• Support NPI builds with cross-functional collaboration

• Develop best practice guides and training sessions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Configuration Management experience

• Deep understanding of PLM systems and CAD software

• Proficient in ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards

• Ability to coordinate technical initiatives globally

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
