Position: Senior Engineering Lead Role

As a Senior Engineering Lead, you will engage in vendor interactions, evaluate supplier quotes, and identify potential project risks. This role includes overseeing New Design Integration and ensuring compliance with critical regulations while providing technical guidance and support to engineering teams. Strong leadership and strategic thinking will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Production Engineering in vendor interactions

• Proactively identify and manage project risks

• Lead Engineering Change Notification approval processes

• Facilitate SMART goal setting for NDI projects

• Ensure effective tracking of engineering deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

• At least 5 years experience in leadership roles

• Advanced proficiency in engineering tools (e.g., Oracle, Excel)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Willingness to travel to the US
