Naval Communications Senior Project Engineer

In this senior engineering role, you will steer sustainment activities, manage Engineering Problem Reports, and foster collaboration among diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering activities for communications product baselines

• Manage Engineering Change Orders and technical documentation

• Address obsolescence and sustainment redesign initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of experience

• Proven leadership in cross-functional engineering execution

• Knowledge of configuration management processes

• Strong technical troubleshooting and planning skills

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project tracking
