This position leads the Roads and Highways team under the Infrastructure Business Operating Unit. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will manage operations across diverse regions, ensuring strategic alignment and technical excellence. You'll be instrumental in the recruitment and mentorship of staff while driving successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality project management and client relationship development

• Foster a culture of health and safety across all project activities

• Mentor and guide junior project managers for career advancement

• Lead collaborative project execution across various locations

• Develop marketing and client growth strategies to enhance business reach
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering;
Master’s preferred for applicants

• Minimum 15 years in project management roles

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions
