Strategic Chief Product Engineer at MCI

As the Chief Product Engineer, you will influence the technical direction of MCI's coach platform, working collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Your focus will be on aligning product decisions with customer needs and market demands, while providing the technical leadership required for complex engineering challenges. You'll serve as the voice of the customer within Engineering and will oversee product evolution and technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical accountability for the MCI coach platform
• Define product architecture and performance targets
• Lead cross-functional alignment in engineering projects
• Resolve complex engineering challenges and risks
• Represent MCI as a senior technical leader with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in vehicle engineering or product development
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional Engineering designation preferred
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects
