Bridges & Structures Manager

• Leads developing, managing, and expanding the operations and practice of the Bridges and Structures team.
• Responsible for strong client relationship management and business development collaboration.
• Oversees the staff in offices across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
• Facilitates team meetings and connects with individual team members as needed to promote employee engagement, continuous improvement, and technical growth.
• Responsible for exceeding client expectations through strong account management across the region.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering focusing on structural engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
• Minimum of 15 years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple offices and geographies while managing competing priorities.
• Demonstrates passion for exceptional project delivery, coaching, and proven accountability of delivering on commitments.

Demonstrates expertise in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering, complemented by strong client relationship management and business development skills. Proven ability to lead teams across multiple regions while ensuring exceptional project delivery and employee engagement.
