Key Responsibilities:

• Establish governance for engineering and maintenance activities

• Oversee validation processes ensuring compliance with cGMP

• Lead development and execution of the Validation Master Plan

• Manage capital resource allocation against strategic goals

• Interface with external partners and regulatory agencies
Requirements:

• At least 15 years in senior engineering with biopharmaceutical experience

• Significant capital program governance expertise

• In-depth understanding of validation lifecycle processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• BS in relevant engineering or managerial fields required
