Industrial Automation Specialist Position

In this position, you will ensure minimal downtime by effectively managing issues related to various control systems, including PLCs and HMIs. Your skills with industrial communication protocols will be vital in optimizing system performance. This role also entails providing preventive maintenance and training for enhanced efficiency in automation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and service PLC, HMI, and VFD systems
• Maintain network assets and perform routine checks
• Document changes in automation systems effectively
• Collaborate on plant MES systems issues
• Train maintenance teams in technical skills
Requirements:
• Relevant Diploma in Automation or Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years in a hands-on automation role
• Experience with DeltaV systems considered a plus
• Strong understanding of electrical/control diagrams
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends
