In this senior role, you will manage projects that optimize manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to quality standards. Your responsibilities will include supporting new product introductions and leading lean manufacturing initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across all operations
• Direct commissioning activities for new product launches
• Manage project timelines and budgetary requirements
• Lead corrective actions for safety-related equipment issues
• Approve capital expenditure requests with technical justification
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Proven track record in process improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with CAD software for design purposes
