Position: Price Industries Engineering Assistant Internship
Enhance your engineering expertise at Price Industries Limited as a Finishing Systems Engineering Assistant in Winnipeg. This 8-month term offers hands-on experience in manufacturing logistics and process enhancement within a collaborative team.

We are looking for an engineering student interested in practical applications of their studies. As a member of our team, you will support machine moves, engage in process documentation, and assist in lean initiatives aimed at optimizing production efficiency. Troubleshooting and equipment selection will also be key parts of your contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support setup and removal of manufacturing equipment

• Participate in projects aimed at improving operational safety

• Assist in reviewing and documenting processes and instructions

• Contribute to 2D CAD design for shop layout optimizations

• Help with troubleshooting machinery as needed

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a relevant Engineering or Technology program

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 software

• Ability to interpret and create technical designs

• Interest in manufacturing and automation processes

• Prior design experience considered a plus
