Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at PAL Aerospace

PAL Aerospace in Winnipeg, MB, is on the lookout for an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for its FWSAR program. This full-time opportunity allows you to maintain and improve vital search and rescue aircraft technology.

This exciting position at PAL Aerospace requires licensed engineers or former RCAF technicians specializing in MRO work. You will join forces with RCAF teams, perform maintenance and inspections on CC295 aircraft, and contribute to quality safety standards. The role includes ongoing training and the chance to be part of a pioneering program advancing Canada’s aerial search and rescue capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in comprehensive aircraft maintenance operations

• Conduct engine ground runs after proper training

• Support logistics in returning unserviceable parts

• Maintain compliance with safety and quality practices

• Collaborate with RCAF for operational effectiveness

Requirements:

• Completed Aircraft Maintenance Course required

• M2 or E Aircraft Maintenance License necessary

• Experience in aircraft electronic record systems

• Strong problem-solving abilities essential

• Flexibility for shift work and travel needs
