Aircraft Maintenance Records Lead — MRO & Compliance
PAL Aerospace is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Records Lead in Winnipeg, MB, reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager. You’ll own the aircraft records set during MRO custody, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive improvements in maintenance planning and reporting.
Experience with DRMIS and IETM processes is preferred. The role requires 5 years in document management within aviation, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lead a small records team.
