Salary: $38,000 – $50,000 per year

We are pleased to offer a Full-time position as a Quick Lane Advisor in our Quick Lane department. This role will be rewarding and challenging while you grow with us to become an exceptional member of our team and support our guests.

• Provide exceptional guest experiences for their vehicle needs.
• Review vehicle history and make recommendation‑based vehicle plans.
• Quote prices to guests, follow up, and satisfy all needs.
• Work closely with Service Technicians by providing guest details.
• Communicate with Ford Assistance, Warranty, and Guest Support.
• Collaborate with Parts & Accessories for timely repairs.
• Use a computer to organize workloads and balance commitments.

• Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset.
• Solid communication skills; a great listener with a calm demeanor.
• Energy, passion, and professionalism are a must.
• Detail‑oriented and results‑focused personality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Valid driver’s license.
