About the Role & Team

the Score, and Penn Interactive, wholly‑owned subsidiaries of PENN Entertainment, empowers millions of sports fans through its digital media and sports betting products. Its media app ‘the Score’ is one of the most popular in North America, delivering fans highly personalized live scores, news, stats, and betting information from their favorite teams, leagues, and players. the Score, and Barstool Sports, sports betting apps ‘theScore

Bet Sports book & Casino’/Barstool Sports book and Casino, deliver immersive and holistic mobile sports betting and casino experiences. theScore

Bet is currently live to place wagers in the company’s home province of Ontario, and Barstool Sports book and Casino are live across the United States. the Score also creates and distributes innovative digital content through its web, social and esports platforms.

About the Work
  • Work as part of theScore

    Bet CRM team to prepare, schedule and analyze promotions and lifecycle communications for theScore

    Bet brand.
  • Draft promotional copy and create Branch links for deep linking purposes.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with both the marketing operations and commercial sports book teams to coordinate logistics and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Increase customer engagement and retention, reducing churn, and actively moving users further down the loyalty path.
  • Use data and work closely with the analytics, risk and commercial marketing teams to identify key customer behaviors, assess and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, and continuously identify ways to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the the Score Bet Casino team to ensure a cohesive cross‑platform user experience.
  • Be a proactive part of the ideation process, contributing in team meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Other duties as required.
About You
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years CRM experience or equivalent position.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the sports book/i‑gaming space.
  • Interest and passion for sports a plus.
  • Proven experience in delivering end‑to‑end CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in‑app mobile messaging;
    Optimove experience a plus.
  • Strong copywriting and project management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail is a must.
  • Data‑driven and curious about customer behavior.
  • Optimistic, solutions oriented and a great problem solver.
  • Strong team player, always willing to offer support and assistance when required.
  • Collaborative in your approach and good at building strong working relationships.

Salary Range

$46,000 - $64,000 CAD
