You'll be responsible for the upkeep of all games, addressing inquiries, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, enriching the overall guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and explain game operations to guests

• Maintain cleanliness and order of gaming areas

• Support setup and teardown of events and games

• Effectively manage guest inquiries and communications

• Assist with restocking supplies in the redemption area

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail in operational tasks

• Ability to manage a counter while ensuring security

• Capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs and standing for long durations
