True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a highly organized, detail-focused, and solutions-focused Coordinator, Ticket Operations (Live Entertainment) to join our Ticket Operations team.
The Coordinator, Ticket Operations (Live Entertainment) plays an important role in delivering exceptional ticketing operations for live entertainment events at Burton Cummings Theatre. This position is responsible for event ticket builds, pricing, inventory management, reporting, and client support, while also providing periodic support for Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose ticket operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and event logistics, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest and client experiences.
Whatto be excited for in this role:
- Building and managing event seating manifests, scaling, and pricing for Burton Cummings Theatre events.
- Assisting with ticket builds for Canada Life Centre events, ancillary events, and add-on products.
- Coordinating ticketing needs and requests with promoters, venue clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Preparing ticketing reports, inventory audits, and financial reporting for live entertainment events.
- Supporting single-game ticket setup for Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose games.
- Managing complimentary tickets, internal allocations, and promoter ticket requests.
- Coordinating bowl and suite relocations for live entertainment events.
- Auditing inventory, pricing, and seating configurations across events.
- Maintaining event pricing structures and product setups within ticketing systems.
- Working on-site during concerts, games, and special events as required.
- Providing additional operational support to the Ticket Operations department as needed.
- 1–3 years of experience in ticketing, event operations, sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ticketing and CRM platforms such as Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, and Account Manager is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-energy environment.
- Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail when handling confidential information.
- Strong knowledge of email, web-based, and database technologies.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
