Elevate guest experiences as an AV Technician in a hotel setting. Ensure seamless audio-visual setups for events while exceeding customer expectations and managing technical challenges.
In this hands-on role, you will report to management and be responsible for setting up and operating audiovisual systems within hospitality environments. Aiming to provide top-notch customer service, you will communicate directly with clients to address their needs. Basic troubleshooting skills and adherence to safety protocols are crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and break down audiovisual equipment efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients before and during events
• Monitor events to ensure equipment functionality
• Uphold hotel relationships through service excellence
• Perform accurate paperwork and equipment handling
Requirements:
• High School Diploma;
Associate degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
• 1 year of audiovisual experience preferred
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license
• Achieve Technical Level 3 Certification in 180 days
