As a Parts Advisor at Tesla, you will be key in supporting innovative service operations. This role demands strong organizational abilities to manage parts sourcing, monitor inventory, and prepare for service appointments alongside Technicians and Department teams. You'll ensure that essential parts are available and that internal orders are processed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source parts for scheduled service appointments

• Monitor and communicate updates on inventory levels

• Review and prepare for upcoming service appointments

• Process internal orders and manage warranty returns

• Address parts-related issues and provide feedback

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities

• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and multitasking ability

• Valid driver’s license and necessary state licensing

• Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
