Reporting to the Head of Product in Creative Innovation, you will lead the execution of EA's UGX strategy by collaborating with multiple teams. Your role includes managing the UGX budget, establishing KPIs, and implementing player‑centric projects while navigating a matrixed organization with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage UGX budget distribution based on project milestones
Analyze market trends to enhance UGX strategy
Set KPIs for investment evaluation in UGX initiatives
Direct responsibilities of producer team for project ownership
Drive execution of UGX pillars on content moderation

Requirements

Extensive experience in large-scale UGX programs
Leadership skills in cross‑functional environments
Change management expertise in evolving organizations
Legal and technological understanding in UGX context
12‑15 years’ experience with a BA or relevant degree

Lead cutting‑edge UGX initiatives and engage players in transformative experiences at EA.
