Position: Game Day Operations Coordinator at UBCO
Be the driving force behind UBCO's game day experience as the Sports Information and Game Day Operations Coordinator. Oversee varsity events while ensuring compliance with Canada West and U SPORTS regulations.

In this dynamic role, you will manage all aspects of sports information and event production for UBCO Athletics & Recreation. This position requires expertise in scorekeeping, statistical management, and the production of game communications, enriching the UBC student-athlete experience. Supervising a team of student staff, you will also ensure that the UBCO Heat website and social media platforms are engaging and current.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Canada West and U SPORTS requirements

• Manage live game scorekeeping and stats notation

• Produce communications content, including game previews and recaps

• Oversee varsity event operations and video production

• Supervise and mentor student staff in game day roles

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum four years of related experience

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
