This Coordinator role involves handling event ticket builds, pricing, and inventory management. You will also provide support for Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose ticket operations, coordinating necessary requests with promoters and stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in ticketing and enjoy working with data in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage event seating manifests

• Coordinate ticketing requests with internal teams

• Conduct inventory audits and reporting for events

• Support single-game ticket operations for NHL games

• Attend events to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in relevant fields

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills

• Familiarity with ticketing software such as Ticketmaster Host

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours based on events
