In this role, you will exemplify professionalism while supporting gameplay and ensuring the store operates smoothly. You'll welcome customers enthusiastically, manage transaction processes, and maintain the facility's cleanliness. Your key focus will be on delivering unmatched customer experiences and assisting players during their gaming sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and verify their appointment times
• Brief groups before gameplay starts and provide instructions
• Monitor gameplay and offer assistance when needed
• Maintain facility cleanliness, including gaming arena and restrooms
• Handle transactions and resolve any setup issues
Requirements:
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Energetic, friendly demeanor with crowd engagement
• Availability for various shifts, including late hours
