Lead Producer - FC

As the Lead Producer in EA SPORTS FC, you will lead the program responsible for delivering on the customized play and self‑expression experiences franchise goals. You will drive alignment with other development leaders and partner teams to drive its successful execution. You will report directly to the Production Director of FC Premium Foundations. This is a hybrid remote/in‑office role.

• You will lead the vision and establish roadmaps for customized play and self‑expression experiences aligning with the broader goals of EA SPORTS FC and EA.
• You will use insights to establish goals to focus ideation and spur creativity across the scope of the program.
• You will partner with licensing, brand, legal, and other central teams to determine goals and end‑to‑end requirements that are critical to the success of the program.
• You will partner with production, product management, art, design, and engineering leads to deliver on expectations and to improve communication and coordination.
• You will partner with the development directors to manage the program schedule and milestones deliverables.
• You will establish the OKRs for your program that align with the organizational and franchise KRs.

• You are an experienced Producer or Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in game production roles, tenured with building products from creation to live services.
• You have a track record leading 30+ people teams.
• You have passion for pioneering, and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.
• You use data and insights to inform decision‑making, planning and road mapping.
• You are a master of influence and an accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts.
• You are able to navigate ambiguity and proactively transform unknowns into actionable solutions.

Pay Transparency - North America Compensation And Benefits The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and perks. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) $157,100 - $216,800 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation  Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top‑up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full‑time employees.

Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
