This part-time role requires you to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by facilitating game sessions, providing support during gameplay, and managing facility maintenance. You’ll need to exude energy and confidence while engaging with players and keeping the gaming environment fun and orderly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate an impressive and seamless gaming experience

• Observe and assist gameplay while engaging players

• Warmly check customers in and manage transactions

• Help maintain a clean and organized facility and equipment

• Diagnose and resolve any gaming malfunctions

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred

• Availability for flexible shifts including weekends

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Must demonstrate high energy and friendliness

• Willing to work various shifts from early morning to late night
