We’re looking for a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding vehicles through the service process from drop-off to pick-up. You’ll be the main point of contact, providing clear communication, accurate recommendations, and ensuring a smooth workflow between customers, Technicians, and Parts.

• Welcome customers and act as their primary contact throughout the service process
• Accurately document customer concerns and create detailed repair orders
• Advise on maintenance, repairs, recalls, and safety-related services
• Provide clear, itemized cost estimates and obtain repair authorization
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding status updates
• Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure efficient workflow
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Process warranty and recall documentation accurately
• Maintain service histories and assist with follow-up communications

• Basic understanding of the automotive mechanical systems is an asset
• Previous dealership or Service Advisor experience is an asset
• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
• Ability to explain recommendations clearly and build trust
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Ability to multitask, problem solve and de-escalate conversations effectively
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

8- hour shifts with weekend availability

Base salary plus commission. The salary range shown reflects potential total earnings.
