Torn Banner Studios, based in Toronto, is seeking an Associate Producer with at least three years in the gaming industry. You’ll coordinate day-to-day activities, tackle production challenges, and drive communication among technical and design teams. This position focuses on maintaining project plans, tracking tasks, and ensuring the alignment of technical work with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Production, Technical, and Design teams throughout development
• Coordinate technical tasks and dependencies effectively
• Track and communicate potential risks impacting schedules
• Facilitate clear communication across disciplines
• Assist in project scope and priority definition
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years related experience in game development
• At least one shipped game under your belt
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Strong understanding of production practices and lifecycle
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
