Customer-Focused Parts Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily automotive parts and service requirements

• Schedule maintenance and repairs for customer vehicles

• Prepare and manage work orders and service documentation

• Order and organize incoming automotive parts

• Communicate repair status and timelines to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years as a service advisor or similar

• Valid G Drivers License

• Experience in a dealership setting preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays

• Strong organizational and communication skills
