Position: Manager, Event Operations (Seasonal)

Banff Lake Louise Tourism (BLLT) is seeking a part-time  Manager, Event Operations,  to lead the onsite delivery of iconic winter events, including  In Search of Christmas Spirit  and  Snow Days Festival .
This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during event periods. Hours range from  25 to 37.5 hours per week , with a  guaranteed minimum  of  25 hours per week , scheduled according to operational and event needs.
This hands‑on leadership role is for someone who excels in fast‑paced environments, makes confident decisions under pressure, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Seasonal employment agreements can range from late October - early March, dependent on your availability.
Christmas event:  November 12, 2026 - January 3, 2027
Snow Days festival period:  January 21 - February 7, 2027
