Support Activate’s high-energy gaming environment as a Game Facilitator handling technical issues, maintenance, and customer assistance.
Activate’s part-time, permanent vacancy is at the Winnipeg (East) store located at 1150 Nairn Ave. You will monitor games, notify leaders of failures, reset wristbands, and help keep the facility clean and comfortable. The position requires flexibility, attention, and clear customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor gameplay and provide explanations when necessary
- Notify leaders immediately about game failures
- Reset and disinfect wristbands and lockers
- Touch up equipment, glue props, and complete tasks
- Aid Team Leads with merchandise inventory checks
- High school diploma, CAEC, GED, or equivalent
- Customer service experience considered an asset
- Strong communication and time management capabilities
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Availability for varied shifts, including holidays
