Overview
Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected organization in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. This is an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead with insight, drive value-added analysis, and support key financial projects that influence strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the finance leadership team, the successful candidate will lead P&L reviews, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, while supporting business systems projects and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, systems-savvy individual looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed monthly P&L reviews, variance analysis, and present financial insights to leadership
- Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and 5-year strategic financial plans
- Lead financial modeling and support business cases for capital investments, pricing, and project ROI
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, systems, and processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally on finance transformation and business system upgrades (ERP/MIS)
- Prepare and deliver timely management reporting packages and dashboards
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) is preferred
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data and deliver meaningful financial insight
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
