Position: Finance Clerk, Focus on Accounts Payable
Nor West Co-op Community Health is hiring a Finance Clerk for their Accounts Payable team. This permanent full-time role focuses on detailed financial transactions and requires strong organizational skills.

In this critical position, you will manage accounts payable, assist with monthly and year-end financial activities, and maintain precise financial records. The Finance Clerk will work closely with the Finance team to ensure all accounting processes are conducted professionally, accurately, and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all vendor and contractor reimbursements

• Process and prepare cheque payments promptly

• Aid in creating monthly financial statements

• Collaborate on annual audit preparations

• Ensure files and records are systematically maintained

Requirements:

• College diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance roles

• Familiarity with Great Plains Dynamics is a plus

• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel

• Good verbal and written communication
