As a Consumer Loans Agent, you will be the face of Steinbach Credit Union’s lending services. This role requires you to analyze lending needs through member interviews, support loan applications, and ensure compliance during lending processes. Your responsibilities will actively shape the member experience and help foster lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and respond to daily lending reports and actions

• Interview members to ascertain their lending requirements

• Adjudicate loans and mortgages to safeguard member interests

• Resolve member inquiries on lending service features

• Cross-promote services with other SCU departments

Requirements:

• Education in business with relevant lending experience

• Background in sales within financial services
