Miracle Channel is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to oversee financial operations in a charity environment. This senior role requires leading budget development, managing donor contributions, and ensuring regulatory compliance with federal authorities. You will develop the finance team, manage cash flow, and provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of financial strategy

• Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting

• Manage donor processing and maintain accurate records

• Ensure compliance with federal regulatory requirements

• Mentor and develop the Finance team

Requirements:

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation

• Minimum 5 years in finance roles, preferably in non-profits
