TD Banking Customer Experience Associate

Serve Winnipeg customers as a TD Customer Experience Associate, using transaction processing and banking advice to support positive branch interactions.

At TD Canada Trust, this 15-hour role serves Personal and Commercial Banking customers. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, process transactions, and resolve concerns. The contract runs until April 2027.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
• Connect clearly with customers about banking processes

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
• Accurate, detail-oriented communication with different people
