At TD Canada Trust, this 15-hour role serves Personal and Commercial Banking customers. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, process transactions, and resolve concerns. The contract runs until April 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
Connect clearly with customers about banking processes
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communication with different people
Bring customer experience, transaction processing, and banking solution skills to TD Canada Trust’s Winnipeg branch through April 2027.
