• Establish advisory relationships by identifying current and potential client needs
• Advise members and clients on specialized products, services, and solutions
• Analyze special client needs, handle requests, and follow up
• Collect, compile, and analyze data for reports and recommendations
• Stay current on standards, products, and services in your field

• General college diploma in a related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in French, both oral and written
• Action-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven approach
• Interpersonal savvy and nimble learning capabilities
