Personal Banker Customer Experience

Serve Springfield customers through account services, consultative selling, and accurate transactions at Citadel’s customer-facing banking office.
As a Personal Banker II, you will determine account and service needs, build relationships, and support customers’ financial goals. The position includes opening accounts, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and cross-selling credit cards, investments, insurance, and IRAs. Customer interactions follow Citadel Class Service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Determine accounts and services matching individual financial needs
Process accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications
Cross-sell credit union products and services
Handle cash using recyclers, ATMs, and teller machines
Serve customers through calls, events, and in-person interactions
Requirements:
At least two years sales and face-to-face service experience
High school diploma or equivalency
PC literacy and multiple software application skills
Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work Saturdays and maintain confidentiality
Use customer service, financial transactions, and consultative sales skills to support Citadel members in Springfield, Pennsylvania.
