Help TD Canada Trust customers navigate banking solutions through clear advice, problem resolution, and confident digital guidance in Winnipeg.
As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships while addressing everyday banking needs. The work includes new accounts, investment advice, banking solutions, and referrals to appropriate staff or internal partners. You will also support branch operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day advice and customer service transactions
Resolve customer problems related to banking solutions
Build confidence in emerging digital banking trends
Report critical and non-standard matters to management
Recommend improvements to branch practices and processes
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
Post-secondary or undergraduate related degree preferred
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Effective verbal and written customer communication skills
Use relationship-building, banking advice, and digital education expertise to support positive customer experiences with TD in Winnipeg.
