Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Reporting to the Manager, Regulatory Reporting, you will support Finance through financial consolidation, regulatory reporting, and general ledger close activities. The position involves collaboration with stakeholders across Finance, business areas, and Definity-owned subsidiaries. You will also contribute to process improvements using automation tools and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Own monthly consolidation for Westmount Financial Inc. and subsidiaries
Prepare consolidation entries and intercompany eliminations
Support IFRS 17, lease accounting, and reporting requirements
Prepare MCT analyses, working papers, and regulatory filings
Coordinate financial data submissions and reporting packages
Requirements:
Degree in business, finance, or related program
CPA designation or progress toward a CPA designation
Three or more years of accounting and reporting experience
Strong consolidation and intercompany accounting understanding
Advanced Excel and sophisticated financial model experience
