In this role, you will assist an Area Coordinator with property valuations and support junior staff. Key responsibilities include gathering, verifying, and analyzing assessment data while preparing evidence for tribunal appeals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently collect and verify assessment-related data
• Analyze data aimed at ensuring valuation accuracy
• Prepare and present tribunal evidence proficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
• Mentor junior staff to support their development
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant fields, such as economics
• Certificate in Real Property Assessment or PGCV preferred
• Minimum 3 years related experience is necessary
• Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal skills
• Must possess a valid Manitoba class 5 driver's license
