In this role, you'll perform thorough investigations on assigned cases, employing various detection sources and collaborating with analysts as needed. Essential tasks include developing investigative plans, documenting actions, and writing comprehensive reports on findings. Your expertise will play a key role in identifying fraud and recommending preventive measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate assigned cases using detection sources
• Collaborate with analysts for data interpretation
• Develop investigative plans and contact relevant parties
• Document outcomes according to department policy
• Write reports for client-facing and special investigations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Minimum two years of investigative or analytical experience
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access
