Director of Economic Programs

Lead impactful economic initiatives with Treaty One Nations Inc. as the Director of Customer Programs. Enhance workforce strategies and drive employment pathways for Indigenous communities.

This full-time position operates under the direction of the Executive Director and collaborates with the Grand Chiefs Office.

Your role will include implementing effective economic development initiatives and advancing workforce strategies that benefit Treaty One Nations Inc. While primarily focused on economic impact, you will also ensure seamless program execution through effective contract management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in economic development or related field

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills

• Excellent contract management capabilities

• Experience with Indigenous communities and workforce development

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
