Excel as a Full-Time Assessment Officer with the Manitoba government in Selkirk, MB. This role allows you to enhance your skills in property assessment while making a difference in your community.
In this position, you will spend significant time in the field, inspecting various properties and conducting detailed assessments. With an opportunity for comprehensive training and access to professional development programs, you will grow your skill set while engaging with the public and stakeholders during assessment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site inspections for valuations
• Use specialized systems for property data analysis
• Address and resolve public inquiries
• Present findings at Board of Revision hearings
• Work independently across diverse rural areas
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Relevant experience in agriculture, construction, or finance
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Required to hold a valid Manitoba Driver's License
